Donate In-Kind Products
When you are moved to give, sometimes you want to give medicines or clothes to help others. These kinds of gifts are known as in-kind gifts. These kinds of gifts can be very valuable to those we serve and we are grateful that you are thinking of giving these kinds of gifts. However, we can only accept certain kinds of in-kind gifts, because of airline restrictions on weight and number of pieces of checked baggage.
We cannot accept clothes for two reasons: 1) they are bulky, therefore takling up space and 2) they are heavy, therefore consuming our weight limit.
We can accept non-prescription medicines, also known as over-the-counter medicines. Vitamins, anti-fungals, cough syrups and especially fever reducers for children are always needed.
