ALL FUNDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, because we are a 501(c)(3).
Please note that these deadlines are only guidelines and they are not
intended to keep you from going with us. If you are joining us
later in the year we understand that you may not immediately be able
to meet the deadlines.
Call or write
and we will discuss what we feel are appropriate deadlines for you.
When you look over the costs and in particular the final deadline
for all remaining funds on September 15th, you might wonder why we
want you to have all of your funds by August 31st if the trip is
not until December 27th. The answer is simple.
We must purchase your airline tickets by the middle of August and
we need to know that you are able to raise all of your funds BEFORE
we spend approximately $1200-$1400 of your money
(actually God's money).
Once we purchase the tickets, those tickets will have your name
assigned to them. If later you can't go because you could not raise
all of your funds, then we can't get a refund for your tickets
and your money, actually God's money, is wasted. So in an effort
to be good stewards of God's money, we can not
commit your money to that large of an expenditure without knowing
that you can raise all of your funds and go with us to Russia.
| Purpose | Amount | Due Date |
| Initial Deposit | $300 | May 27 |
| Second Deposit | $1000 | July 27 |
| Balance of Funds | $1800 | August 27 |
To properly schedule your travel we must impose the above deadlines.
However, if you wish to join the team and you have missed some
deadlines already, please call or write and let's discuss your options.
If you miss the the August deadline for all funds, we will cancel your
airline reservation so that we do not lose the $100 airline deposit, but this will
cost us a $25 cancellation fee with the travel agent. Any funds
that we are holding for you, that have not already been spent for this year's
trip will be held for you to travel with us the next year. If you are not able
to travel with us the next year, your funds will be released to the ministry's
general funds. Those funds will then be used to help pay for other various
ministry purposes.
