Acceptance of Application
Four in the Fire Russia Ministries, Inc.and/or their mission team leaders, in accepting your application for this mission trip, clearly stipulate that they are not liable for the faults or defaults of other companies and/or persons who may be used to carry out the mission trip services. 

Neither are they liable for accidents; baggage losses; strikes; political unrest; riots; acts of God and war; nor for unsigned and/or invalid passports or failure by the passenger  and/or governing Consulate office to provide or present valid documentation to enter a foreign country.

Change of Itinerary
In the event it becomes necessary or advisable to alter the itinerary or arrangements for the comfort or well-being of the team members, or for any reason whatsoever, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operator. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the team members. 

Withdrawal of Trip or Application Declined
The right is also reserved to withdraw any or all mission trips; also to decline to accept or retain any persons as members of the team.  No refund can be made for absence from the mission trip unless arrangements are made at the time of booking.  The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers (team members) are not on board their planes or conveyances.  The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the passenger (team member) and/or purchaser of this mission trip.  Services of any IATA or ARC carrier may be used. The mission trip price is based on tariffs and/or international monetary exchange rates listed at the time of printing and it is subject to change.
